Anatomically, I think the upper arm is a little long.

Secondly, there's some more light source confusion here. That picture of the moon shows the bright side of the moon (otherwise it would not be visible). Thus, the sun is hitting this moon, creating moonlight. Considering how close to the moon he is here (some kind of space craft, I would assume), the moonlight (reflected light from the sun) would be fairly strong, and he would be lit directly from behind. It's complicated, but you have to think about these things. ^^

Finally, I really don't recommend you use actual photographs in the same piece as anime. It makes for a very tacky-looking piece, although this is better than most I see.

Well, that arm is supposed to be long. All Bleach characters have long limbs, so this is 1:1.

Of course the sun has to be lighting the moon but as you can see, it's a full moon, meaning the sun shines directly from behind; so the guy is lit from both the front and the back.
Plus, as he is an Arrancar, he's half-ghost so I decided to make him look more ghostly that's why the colors are that pale;
Although I suppose he will have a solid body when he will show up in the anime, it will be the 10th January as I've heard from some spoiling sources^^

And the third - no, there are no spacecrafts, this guy doesn't need a solid matter to stand on (in manga all the Arrancars can walk in the air and open dimensional gates to walk through them).

A person told me arrancars will arrive at the television series somewhere around the 10th January; this guy seems to be very powerful although he hasn't even shown his true powers yet^^
